How do I send an Art Gift?
To send an art gift, select the art piece you like, customize it with your own message or images, and follow the checkout process.
Can I gift artwork to myself?
Yes you absolutely can. Just enter your own email id and name in the recipient section.
What types of Art Gifts can I send?
We offer a variety of art gifts including digital prints, framed artwork, and canvas pieces. Each type can be customized to include your personal touch. We also offer addons like postcards, recitals, etc.
How long does it take to deliver an Art Gift?
Delivery times vary depending on the type of gift and the delivery method chosen. It usually takes an average of 2-3 weeks for the artwork to get ready.
Can I take the quiz for my giftee to surprise them?
The Ayna experience is not just the artwork, but much more than that. Share it with your giftee and see them light up! You are welcome to join the consultation to add your voice to the process.

How will I know if I have received an Art Gift?
You will receive an email notification with a link to begin the Journey of creating your artwork. The process involves a taking our Signature Quiz and facilitated conversation (Immersive workshop also available).
How long will it take for me to get my Art Gift?
Delivery times vary depending on the type of gift and the delivery method chosen. It usually takes an average of 7-14 days for the artwork to get ready. You can use the tracking number in your email to check the delivery status once we’ve sent your gift.
Can I return or exchange an Art Gift?
Due to the nature of the artwork and personalised nature we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at the moment. If you have any concerns about your Art Gift please get in touch with us and let us know how we can do better.
How do I schedule my Personalised Consultation?
There is a question at the end of the Signature Quiz that allows you to schedule the time and date of your preference for the personalised consultation.
What does an immersive workshop entail?
The Immersive Workshop is custom designed for each client based on their interests and hobbies. It could include writing, singing, oracle card reading, connection with nature and much more.

What should I do if I encounter a technical issue with the website?
If you experience any technical issues, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, contact our technical support team for further assistance. Please include a screenshot of the issue if possible.
Is my personal information secure with Ayna?
Yes, we use secure encryption technology to protect your personal information. Your privacy and security are our top priorities. We do not save any data. Any information collected from the quiz is deleted after the artwork is delivered.
